When we arrived, it took 10-15 minutes to come to us and give us menus. there was only one server and she had a series of tables. She didn't understand when I told her what I wanted, so she went and got her boss. but all I did was point out the menu? the sauce was not good, tasted artificial, the garnel were rough, and the sweet frightened me. they looked like they were fake hahahaha. but who knows, maybe I ordered the wrong one. my friend got an salad and it was a really pathetic, with hardly a sauce and it was very watery. I got a good one. I would say the best of my dinner was the 2 orange slices and rice lol

The sauce was not good, tasted artificial, the shrimp was gross, and the veggies scared me... they looked like they were fake hahaha. But who knows, maybe I ordered the wrong thing. My boyfriend got a salad and it was a really pathetic one, with barely any sauce and it was very watery. I got edamame which was good. First of all, let's clarify that restaurant taxes are not the fault of Ruby restaurant, but rather a government issue. If you are unhappy with the taxes, vote for different leaders who will reduce them. As for Tina, the cold food may have been her own fault for not handling it properly. There may be a language barrier, but using a translation app can easily address this. Despite any issues, my husband and I are regular customers who enjoy the good Chinese food at this restaurant, which we believe is the best option in the area.
