Unfortunately was packed just wanted to get the 7.99 deal but they refused unless dine in was a 30 minute wait for sit down not fun lol good food though service sucked

Wow this is the first time coming to this Flanigans, we had a party of 11 and our service was terrible. We had to ask for anything we needed instead of our server asking us, this was one of the worst service I have receive from a restaurant. I usually never put nothing negative on reviews because I’m a positive person but management needs to see this. Also, I noticed they added a Burger on my bill that was not mine and the server told me that should of been for the other table that she was actually sitting down with the people that I assume where her friends. Incredible! I still left an 18% tip because I understand that the server needs to pay her bill. The bill was 365.00 so do the math. Not bad for terrible service. First and last time I come to this Flanigan’s.

Bartender Doris is rude holds seats for her friends,after I drank 4 beers she wanted to cut me off,has bad attitude won’t go back until she is gone

I wish I could give 0 starts I brought family from Chile and they did not want to service a beer because the Original ID from Chile, they were asking passports come on, it is joke how they are going to be around with passport they are on a trip from Chile to Miami what will happen if they lose it. Very disappointing the service and attention so bad I would never recommend this place ever
