What User doesn't like about Herons:
We had a pleasant dinner at Heron overall. My main observation is that the staff seemed to be either overwhelmed or perhaps not very attentive. The Margherita I ordered was quite disappointing, and it was evident that the garnish cocktail was made with frozen shrimp. It's a casual spot for a meal, but I wouldn’t consider it fine dining. Have been to Herons on a number of occasions since they opened and without exception the food has been excellent and the service too. Highly recommend.

Like Amber who just posted, we thought we'd found a gem too! Very impressed; the food was beautifully cooked and presented, nice choice, good service. The restaurant is clean, bright and inviting with a good atmosphere. We'll definitely recommend and we'll definitely return. Next time it'll be with the family, including 3 grandkids it'll be interesting to see how child friendly it is! Well done, Herons.
