The place is nice but what we didn't like was the fact that you have to be guided on tour of 30 minutes in the cenote and then 30 minutes in the lazy river, which is more like a pool since it does not go around. If you want to go again you need to take another tour. We did not stay in the hotel. Service: 4 Location: 5 View all feedback.
