Had not been here for some time after having a bad experience so thought would try again. Unfortunately have been let down once again. After buying a fish pack for , nuggets, extra fish and minimum chips at was disgusted at...the size of the fish portion and soggy chips. This is the best fish and chips in the area. The homemade potato cakes are always crispy, the fish is always fresh, and the burgers and fries are also delicious. I would definitely recommend and will continue to return.
This restaurant has the best hot chips in the area! It offers great value for money as they provide a generous amount unlike other places that are stingy. As a bonus, they always include an extra potato cake with my order.
I have found the best local fish and chips since moving to Wonga Park. The potato cakes are great, the fish is fresh, and the chips are reasonably priced.
I went there with my Dad for lunch this afternoon and I had a Grilled Blue Grenadier with 2 Steamed Dim Sims, $1 Chips plus 2 medium size Potato Cakes to the home and my Dad 2 Steamed Dim Sims. We both enjoyed it. The staff were kind to me and the service was wonderful.
Always good fish and never dry. Chips are nice and light and don't feel heavy after eating. Highly recommend
