Karl's -b-q Express - Chippewa Falls

Now with two of my co-workers. Had to do the 3 meat plate to try something else. Pulled the ribs, pork and brisket. This came with corn bread and 2 pages that I collapsed Slav and Mac n cheese. First, the service was great. There was SOOO a lot of food, wasn't close to ending it. It was also very, very good. Well cooked, good smoke, nice selection of BBQ sauces to try. In addition, only 16 dollars were for it. Could probably feed two people. Karl also came out and talked to us, gave us a small sample of something else, great. Very recommended.

Great ribs, brisket, turkey. Big swan, beans and potato salad. Oh and the grain bread with honey butter-yum! I definitely go back!

I really love it, except the temperature of the food when you get it, could be a bit hotter. Otherwise it was great and cheap.

So good can not wait to try something else on the menu

Fantastic food and service. Catered in for a group of 30+ people. Professional and courtious. We had the 3 meat and 3 side option. Best charcoal chicken I've had in years. If you like Mac and cheese, look no further than Karl's. They even provided a great server. I believe her name is Joe? Strongly recommend Karl's for your next need for a catered event.
