I fully share the opinion of Dianouchka75, and I will add that the cheese used is not mozzarella, but a kind of ignoble synthetic cheese that one finds alas more and more in the pizzerias. the dough is fine but smells weird, and it sticks to the teeth, nothing to do with a pizza dough even frozen. Rabelaisienne is a big pizzeria. The reception is extremely friendly, the very intimate and spacious setting. And what to say pizza: excellent and at unbeatable prices. Other dishes of the menu are just as succulent and desserts are delicious. We will soon make our grandchildren discover this little jewel in the heart of Chinon.
