Taco Bell - Chilliwack

Worst service ever , front door closed early 6:15. Then go into drive thru wait 25 min to be told they were closed and we were not getting served . I told the lady that we drove from abbey as a special treat for my son and she said we are closed but says they are open tell 9:30 on line. Will be calling a manager !!!! So mad

You don't give you napkins unless you ask. The Steak Burrito Supreme was more like a small pack, with 2-3 ingredients inside. The service was terrible. Taco Bell was one of my favorites "until now. I'm not going back there.

Believe all these reviews, if they are not closed by 2024 in Chilliwack, I will be surprised. I tried their new mobile app order, said it would be ready at 1:24. I'm still here at 1:45. When I received my order, they forgot 2 articles, and no excuse for waiting. Go here if you don't mind waiting, but I don't think it's worth it.

Service was so bad it was comical. I was able to sit back and laugh at the incompetence of the staff simply because I wasn’t in any rush. Waited without being acknowledged for about 20 minutes as staff wandered aimlessly around the kitchen not making food or taking orders. My Crunchwrap was a sad excuse for a meal as the lettuce was frozen, wrap was stale and cold, and was hardly any beef on it. I would recommend this Taco Bell only to my worst enemy.

Never had such a bad experience at any drive thru ever ! Waited 30 min just for our order to be taken and then we only acctually got two of the 8 items we ordered right and two of the things (cause I have no idea what they were supposed to be were dry no sauce of any kind on them and only maybe half full the rest was soft shell . Won't ever be going back there again don't even know how they are in business this long !!!
