What User doesn't like about Maru Sushi:
I recently enjoyed a lovely meal at this beautiful restaurant, but I did notice a few issues. There were some debris and various items scattered in front of the glass where you can watch the sushi preparation. Additionally, there were stacking containers on top, which gave off a feeling more akin to fast food rather than fine dining, a stark contrast to my previous experiences there. Great food and always great service. Our first choice whenever we feel like sushi. Beautiful presentation when eating in. The dinner combos are a favorite for takeout and are very generous in size! (2 dinner combos happily feed our family of 4!
The food was fresh and good. Also, server was really friendly. I'm going to visit this place again definitely!
Took my husband here for his birthday dinner last night.Firstly, the yam tempura was hard and crunchy which means it wasn’t fully cooked and was inedible.Secondly, and most importantly, the service was terrible. We had two servers who were both extremely rude. No eye contact, no politeness, no patience. One of the servers pulled the food out so impatiently and quickly from underneath me while I was still eating.The main meal was alright tasting, but due to the service and how completely rude the servers were, I would never ever go back here again.
Your standard sushi restaurant. Service is very attentive. Clean bathrooms. Very kid friendly!
Average. The sushi is cut waffer thin. I've eaten at a lot of sushi places and this is average at best.
