Friendly staff and management. This is my favourite Starbucks location to study due to their abundance of seating, ease of access, and lack of parking restrictions (Airport Rd location tickets after two hours). They always make me and the club I'm part of feel welcome and I've witnessed them do the same for people who are down on their luck and looking for a momentary reprieve from the elements. Service: 5
