I found myself unable to wait for my table to be ready, and given the poor weather conditions in the fall, that was quite inconvenient. This will definitely influence my decision about whether to return. I've observed that some businesses have taken advantage of temporary changes and made them permanent, rather than sticking to their previous policies. View all feedback.
What Philp R doesn't like about Red Lobster Chillicothe:
I understand that everyone has off days, so I won't dwell on the waitress, who seemed rather tense. This was my second visit, and once again, I didn't receive the butter sauce for my lobster. I ordered the lobster, shrimp, and salmon dinner. While the shrimp wasn't as good as I remembered, the salmon was absolutely outstanding. I hope they don’t reduce the portion size, as it was truly delicious! View all feedback.
While I did not mind the fact that I couldn’t wait inside for my table to be prepared, in the case of inclement weather it would be problematic and as such it will play a factor in whether I return. I have noticed businesses taking advantage of the changes COVID brought that were supposed to be temporary and made them their new policies. It’s not like you have kept any of the other policies.
Great service, decent food, though heavily over-salted.

We were very pleased with out recent experience at Red Lobster, Chillicothe, OH. The food was very good and adequate portions. The waitress was really on the ball offering excellent service and very good attention to our needs but not overwhelming. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
