Topgolf Chigwell

I actually come here quite often. But this time around, I was not pleaded. Ordered my 10yo son a beef burger, not until it was nearly half eaten. I noticed that it was raw. I couldn 't believe my eyes. I called a member of staff over and showed them the burger, they was shocked and apologetic. I asked, then asked, does the burgers come fresh or isit frozen? He stuttered and said they 're all fresh. Which is lies! I was only offered for the burgers to be replaced, but later on I told the staff this is not OK, especially for a 10yo child, and demanded a refund and replaced the burger. I went over to the female staff and took the tray of burger back so I could take a photo of it, but she was holding on to it tight and didn 't seem pleased that I took a photo. This is not OK.

The staff are more friendly than Watford and Surrey. Glasgow one is on another level. Regarding the venue, it needs a lot of care. Lots of food and litter on the floor and around the corners. Most surfaces are sticky and huge amounts of spiders and dust all around. Hope they look after the place better so everyone can enjoy guests or employees. Visited on: Weekend
