Falls Pizza And Craft - Chicopee

Placed a take out order, asked for extra blue cheese and celery for my wings, paid extra for both and got nothing. Also didn't get coleslaw that came with my sandwich. They used to be much better.Food: 1/5

It's amazing to me how I can literally eat something with multiple toppings or even sauce and absolutely taste nothing! This had to be the most flavorless, lackluster pizza and wings I've ever had in my entire life.. when I say I had better pizza from my kids left over lunchable from school I mean it. I can't believe they're cooking this stuff up and serving it, charging the prices they do.It's a hip little place but seriously they need to find an actual top tier pizza maker or somebody that actually knows how to cook with food that has flavor..The biggest positive that I can take away from eating here today was the service. The young lady was very nice and she attended to us frequently.

My first time dining in at Falls. And what a modern attention to detail place. Servers are kind, fast. Delicious alcoholic drinks. My favorite was the espresso martini. And their gnocchi alla sarratina was delicious. Authentic fresh delicious food. Burrata with fresh bread was on a different level. Overall what a wonderful place for Chicopee! We needed this around. I’ve been to falls pizza at least 10/15 times within the last year or so. Usually we get pizza and wings or a grinder and it’s always amazing quality and done in a timely manner. The place has amazing vibes with a great esthetic. I always go for lunch hours during the week and the bartender/waitress Heather is always my server. She always greats you with a smile no matter how busy it is. She make’s amazing recommendations for food and drinks. I always tell her “just make me something yummy” because she’s always coming up with new creative delicious drinks. I’m never disappointed with the food either, the kitchen staff knows how to make amazing food. Over all a great experience. Will definitely be back soon.

Amazing restaurant all around! The dine in experience is wonderful, such welcoming staff and a full bar with great service. Take out and delivery is just as great, always hot-always quick and delicious. 10/10 recommend for all occasions!
