I stop here on my way to work many times a month. I typically treat myself to a breakfast sandwich once a week. This sandwich should have never got out the door. As a former food service worker, this is unacceptable. View all feedback.
Standards have taken a dive, workers must not be trained as well and I no longer see a timer by the drive through like before. The way I was served definitely would not have happened years ago when I was employed there. Employees would have never hid in the back talking to one another basically arguing over who didn't have to serve the customer.
Arrived at store with more than 10 minutes til close. We were waiting at the counter for more than a couple minutes when right at 7pm someone popped out and said they just closed. Not impressed. Most of the baked goods were still on display and we could have easily been helped. These women weren’t budging whatsoever, nor were they friendly in the least.

They told me they are not going to have lemon any more for my tea. How do you sell tea and not offer lemon??
