What Kyle likes about Tango Sur:
Exquisite dining experience at Bodega Sur. Rolled in on a Thursday with a group of five ready to chow down. The atmosphere of this small restaurant is lovely, would make a phenomenal date spot. Started our feast with some sweet beef empanadas and charcuterie to share highly recommend both, but the main course was the star of the show. We ordered two Tabla Gauchas for our group (pictured below) which was PLENTY of foo... View all feedback. What Jen Den doesn't like about Tango Sur:
Sister restaurant of the amazing Tango Sur and just as delicious. This spot is great if you want amazing food, but want to opt for a more casual vibe than the more romantic of its sister restaurant. Edgar is the best bartender! We see him almost every time and if it’s a day he’s not there it’s almost not worth going. But still go the food is incredible. View all feedback.

read moreTango Sur, located in Chicago, is a well-known Argentinian steakhouse that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the flavorful and satisfying food options, others have expressed disappointment in the quality of the meat prepared. The BYOB policy has been highlighted as a plus, allowing diners to create their own dining experience and save money on drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant is described as crowded, loud, and dimly lit by candles, which some find intimate while others find it challenging to read the menu. The service has been commended as friendly and efficient by many patrons. Overall, Tango Sur seems to be a popular spot for meat-lovers seeking a taste of authentic Argentinian cuisine in Chicago.
