I visited this restaurant to order a chicken breast sub sandwich. The food was decent, but I was surprised by the long line at 3 PM, especially with only one person working. I hope they consider adding more staff at this location. On a positive note, the lady who assisted me was really pleasant.
I just rushed down from work to grab a sandwich, but what I received was disappointing. They sold me a sandwich with bread that was so unappetizing I can't even eat it. I'm really frustrated because I noticed several pieces of the bread had been handled before I made my selection. I won’t be spending my money here ever again.
It's a Subway. The actual reason I'm leaving this review is that on the two occasions I've paid with cash here, the employees have not given me all my change. They gave me the bills but kept the coins. It's happened with two different cashiers, which leads me to believe they're being trained to do this or something. I work in the building and have been here a few times, and I usually pay with a card. But twice they've gotten me with the cash thing. I forgot to use a card today and was reminded that they steal money at this location. Lesson learned, fool me once, etc.
I used to work in the building nearby and would often grab lunch there, but I've decided not to go back. The subway workers have been very slow lately. I remember my last visit when it used to be quick, but it seems like the staff changes every time I go. There was a girl who always made us laugh and remembered our preferences—she was great. Unfortunately, the new workers are not only slow but also rude, and my order has been wrong more than once. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be returning anymore.
