I've been living in Lakeview for 18 years since I lived in Chicago. I was for most of them in Sheffield. The 2nd star was delivered.
We have come for our reservation, I have a confirmation of 2 sources and I am there and they said they do not honor my reservation. that is the third terrible experience.
