Rosati's Pizza - Chicago

I love the pizza at this place! I never had a problem with this location ever! customer service is always great! I had an incident where I ordered online. a problem has happened and it was total delivery.com error! to make a long story short, the manager has done everything right! he has surpassed my expectations! he was very professional and a very nice person! because now I'm calling my orders!

I never tried Rosatis. Dan was really helpful and the pie was delicious the crust was soft with a bit of crunch, fluffy and seasoned really well!

Rosati's in Mt Greenwood is always delicious! Pizza is always hot and exactly what I order. Dan is friendly and always accommodating.

I will never order from here again i asked for 3 boneless wings and 3 bone in they have done this 3 x before shhe said we dont do that i said yes you do hold on left me on hold 3 minutes to come back with attitude we will do it this time i said let me speak to a manager i told the manager i have done this before i order all the time she told me with attitude we dont do that and your last order was in august not true i ordered a week ago thats ok i will never order from here again the attitudes are terrible your business will surely suffer with employees you hire

The staff here are really some of the friendliest around. Always cheerful and willing to share a coupon. Food NEVER disappoints. Really have enjoyed everything we have tried.
