This was my first visit to this restaurant and it will probably be my last. My order was not ready when I arrived, even though I had placed it 20 minutes prior. This was my first visit to this restaurant and it will probably be my last. My order was not ready when I arrived, even though I had placed it 20 minutes prior. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong order because the manager said it had been delivered to another location. As an apology for the inconvenience, they offered me a plate of greasy and overcooked breadsticks. The staff was very friendly, so I would give them 5 stars, but the food service only receives 3 stars.
The mobile application is terrible, the website is outdated like it was built in 1995, and the server feels like it's running on dial-up. Overall, the experience of ordering a pizza from this place was extremely frustrating. I tried to order on their website, but encountered multiple crashes while trying to select a deal and edit my order. I attempted to order again, but the website kept crashing. Even when I finally managed to place an order, trying to edit it caused another crash. I attempted to call the restaurant, only to be told that ordering over the phone was more expensive and that I needed to use their app or website. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the headache this company caused me was too much. I suggest going somewhere else if you don't want to deal with the hassle of ordering a pizza. (It's possible that the staff and food quality are good, but the outdated technology and hoops I had to jump through to order a simple pizza were honestly ridiculous.)

Hey, so I didn’t get a chance to get a pizza from this location too, it sucks it was the second one to Deny me service as well because for some reason the computer doesn’t deliver to my location, pizza was for me and my nephew to enjoy. Unfortunately pizza made not every wanna try get pizza now. Thanks to both location thank you anyways
