I ordered a Garden Veggie pizza with 7 vegetable toppings, but ended up with a plain cheese pizza with very few toppings. I ordered 3 large Garden Veggie pizzas with 7 veggie toppings each. Even though there was a 25% discount available at the time of my order, the employee initially refused to apply it and suggested I change my order to a 2-topping pizza instead. After insisting on using the discount, he finally applied it. I also requested that there be a good amount of toppings, as I had ordered a Garden pizza, but he said it would cost extra. When the pizza arrived, it was lacking in toppings and barely resembled a Garden pizza. I paid $70 for 3 pizzas and expected them to be loaded with toppings, not just cheese. This was the worst experience, very stingy and not worth the price. The Garden Veggie pizza, which should have had 7 toppings, was practically just a cheese pizza.

Even with track your order sms updates they are awful. We literally live 2 minutes away from the place, but still they arrive more than 45 minutes from the time we receive an SMS saying your order is on its way The person on phone doesn't ever care and slams the phone down saying it will arrive soon. This will be the last time ordering Papa John's from this location.
