What User doesn't like about Mastro's Steakhouse Chicago:
I ordered the bone in ribeye cooked Med. they brought it out well done. I sent it back and they brought another steak ð¥ out to me med rare. I sent that back and they took the same steak put it back on the grill and bought it out well done again. At that point I was done. I will never be back View all feedback.
Our server was horrible! Her name was GG. She was very rude and ignorant.
Thank you for the wonderful time at the restaurant. We really enjoyed the food and the waiter, Omar. That was our 2nd visit, we will definitely be back again.
