This was my first time back at the restaurant since before COVID-19. I tried two hot subs with my son and my partner had a classic Italian dish. All three dishes were delicious. The service was great, especially the young lady working at the counter who was very helpful and attentive. Overall, it was a really positive experience. View all feedback.

They need to make the to go customers sit in the chairs against the window and not everyone huddle in the corner. I went to get my soda and a Karen was d standing in front it. I told her excuse me and she barely moved. As I was trying to get my soda I had to raise my voice and asked her to move. she gave me a crazy look I told her it's not difficult to move when someone says excuse me. she wavied her phone in front o... I’ve ordered online 2 times and they gave me a completely different order both times. They got the gluten free bread right. That’s it. If you order on line the wait time is insane. Just use a different jersey m. location. Inside is very crowded.
Poor human relations; kept me waiting for 30 minutes without saying anything until I got my order
Got one sandwich and checked my credit card they overcharged me 20$ ….
This place is the same with the other members of his fellow chain. I will say for this place, especially if they ever order from the app, they definitely do not trust the time estimate and add them some time for busy hours. I waited almost 20 minutes before picking up zinken, but I didn't have this problem to other places.
I don't often evaluate myself because I know how hard the work in the service industry is nowadays. this memory is however required in a serious process improvement. I stopped in dozens of times and during the service is not exactly what I would consider as fast, that is the first time that it was terrible. I waited 5 minutes for order. sandwich prep was fast enough, but I then waited an additional 7 minutes to get to the register. long line? many customers? no, just another customer before me. the problem was that the employees could not find out how to float a gift card. during this time, several pick-up orders were helped and their food was taken. When I finally came to the register to pay, the employee tried to give me the wrong sandwich. the manager apologised and said, "I'm sorry, I gave that sandwich to someone else." probably one of the To-Go orders that brings me back to my point of process improvement. this is a line prep store and should not be so difficult. the manager was to say, "I'm making you another sandwich. bake way?" what I'm sure is part of their branding, but came totally ton taub in the situation. that was not at all how I ordered the sandwich, and I wasn't waiting for another 10 minutes to fix the situation. I said: “No, thank you, I will go elsewhere.” I am not going to return.
