For all the hype and money I was expecting better flavor. The milk chocolate had no flavor and had actual small pieces of ice. The second flavor in my cup was salted caramel. This had a little more flavor but not something I'd come back for. The staff were very friendly. View all feedback.

Delicious! Fast friendly service. Some milk free options. I tried a lemon cream something, plus 2 other ice cream goat cheese with cherries and chocolate cake all excellent! That was a real treat for me as I haven't eaten ice cream for a long time. That was worth waiting. 3 locations in Chicago and other locations in the country.
Jeni’s has the best vegan ice cream I’ve had— hands down ? the coconut cream cold brew is a must, beats everything else!
I LUV JENIS! but if you've never been you've gotta know the flavors are unique and they change regularly but that's what makes it so fun! BUT it's not always your typical flavors! I've been to many jenis this one was a great location cute environment post shopping on armitage (or during or before : my friend I shared a pre dinner snack of salted pb with chocolate flecks coffee with cream sugar (w/ sprinkles OF COURSE! Highly recommend gooey butter cake if you're a first timer
