Idof I Dream Of Falafel - Chicago

First time customer. We ordered gyro fries, lentil soup and red pepper hummus. We arrived after 9pm. Service was good and we started eating inside. I finished my lentil soup. It was good. Tonight, I went to eat the hummus and noticed some expansion in the container. It’s been a little more than 24 hours and was refrigerated so I paid it no mind, until the hummus-dipped pita chip touched my tongue. From the bottom, I can see air bubbles throughout. It’s obviously no good and I question the freshness from the start if it went bad that quickly. I won’t be back.

I had a very last minute catering order and Pancho, Juan and Omar worked their butts off to help make the order possible. Not only did they have it prepared as soon as possible but the food was also delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back!!

These fries slap, its actually the only item i get here. Salty, crispy, good dipping sauces, slap, slap, slap. I need to try everything else before i give IDOF a five star rating.
