What Thee Girl doesn't like about Brown Sugar Bakery:
I haven't been in over 5 years. It was just alright. I had a couple of app orders and a couple walk ins. I do remember having some type of issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I also remember them slicing the cake fresh with each order. Shortly after that, the cake slices were prepackaged. That was a big turn off for me. And the icing was wimpy. Put some icing on the cake! The desserts were decent! The pound cake was soft and pretty good. We had slices of cake, yellow chocolate and cream cheese. You were a decent 5/10. However Angelica slices of cake are much better. The Carmel Icing is very good here.
Cake is delicious, but customer service is not so much. Young ladies at the counter not very friendly. It is sad if you serve our businesses and receive quality service. Let's go.
Brown Sugar Bakety is a serious business. We have bought their cakes several times, always delicious, moist, perfect texture and taste, and makes your eyes happy again. If you go in, it smells like sugar. I'm just lucky for a minute. You can pack cupcakes, small cakes, cake slices and large cakes without preorder. I usually order myself because I want the cake to write or have a fast in and out experience. You're always so beautiful in the store. Whether they are super busy or not, they are always helpful and great customer service. Yesterday I bought a caramel cake for a party and let me tell you it was the hit of the party. People couldn't stop talking about it. I'm a BSB fan!
Please believe the whole hype. I heard so much about Brown Sugar Bakery and enjoyed the cakes from their partner locations. However, last week I had the opportunity to enjoy their fresh cakes and cupcakes. My mind is blown and my tastes are satisfied. If you have the discipline or distance to stop you from going to a diabetic coma, but take up a residence. Pamper yourself!
Love to support a Black Woman owned bakery that has DELICIOUS sweets! The vanilla and caramel cake is just so good and reasonably priced! The owner is also so nice and there was excellent customer service. Can't wait to go back and try more!
