What Fedik Rahimov doesn't like about Antepli Mediterranean Grill, baklava&kunafa:
This is just an average restaurant, nothing like what they show on the photos. Chances are you won’t go back because of that expectation and disappointment. If you like desert, kunefe is decent, thats why I am giving 3 stars, but the dishes are below average. Lamb kebab was bad, very small pieces and hard as rock. I have some suspicion about the kitchen hygiene too. But I am not going to write it here. You can judge... View all feedback.
We were doing groceries in devon, and our family got hungry. We were bored from eating desi food, so we looked up for halal Turkish restaurants. When we want to eat Turkish or in general Mediterranean food, we go to Noon n Kabob. Thing about Noon n Kabob, the food is too expensive for just 4 people. So, we decided to come here. When I first saw the from the outside, I didn't think it was going to be good. But once we entered, the environment completely changed and we knew the food will be good by looking at other peoples order. My brother got a crispy chicken sandwich, and then me, my mom and dad got the family feast for 2 people. I'm not going to rate the chicken sandwich because I never ate nor was I interested, however according to my brother he liked it. My parents and me loved the appetizers. At the point we were actually quite full lol. Then the entree came, the food already looked good. We loved the adana kabob and also the donor kabob. Once we finish, we had Baklava and 2 refills of tea. The Baklava wasn't too sweet or too less, it was sweet and fresh. The tea is tea, you can never go wrong with tea. The service was good, but food and when we requested for a to go box, it took a while but I think it was because of how much rush it was and the servers just had a lot on their head. Even though this entree was for 2 people, it filled up 3. I recommend this place to whoever is interested in eating here.
This place has some of the most authentic Turkish dishes; the taste is indistinguishable from a restaurant in Türkiye which is fantastic! The atmosphere is also elegant and cozy, totally ok if you want to dress up for this place. They really did a great job overall.
