The food was excellent and there were some variety of what we could get. Favorites at our table were the meat pizzas, truffle fries, and fried chicken. Drinks were great as well. Accommodating to our large party. We'll be back. View all feedback.
What Eggy doesn't like about Bianca Woodfire Kitchen:
food solid but not exciting. Mushroom pasta not as good this visit as in past. Pizza crust not crispy unfortunately, (mushroom pizza) but flavor very good. Beet salad and cauliflower apps very good. View all feedback.
Some of the dishes are good, while others are just mediocre. The salad was drenched in cheese and dressing that had no taste. The hummus was inedible. Best thing was the cauliflower and the pizza.
Overall everything was good. Pizza was very good. All of the fish entrees were cooked perfectly but the sauce had a film on it, so it sat a bit. The burgers were undercooked and underwhelming. The staff were great and everything from the bar was perfect. Manager stopped bye and was attentive.
Our waitress was very nice but we did not get asked what we wanted to eat for a while and it was clear we were served after people who just got there. We were hoping for something special for a birthday but unfortunately they do not do that there. There was also no ask about allergies. But other than that it was a great meal and great night!

What a gem Bianca is! A nice eclectic assortment of absolutely delicious food. The menu items range from pizza to an Asian inspired fried chicken. Salad is lightly dressed and refreshing. The pizza is scrumptious. Nice assortment of cocktails and mocktails. Loved the atmosphere. What a fun place to go for a lunch with friends.
