What Pamela Berry doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
We just went to Pizza Hut in Mt Gilead Ohio today to try their buffet I must say it was a disappointment. They charge 11.49 per person it wasn't the price we minded but the food wasn't good. There were people coming in they couldn't keep enough on the small buffet for people to even get one piece of pizza. The place was clean the waitress was nice but I'm sure we won't be going back. I just love this Pizza Hut. They have all the original designs which we love. PLUS pizza buffet during the week. Pizza was so hot and fresh was delicious.
2 and a half hours and still no food, called over an hour ago and said Doordash never picked it up so they were remaking it. Still no sign of them. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered 3 pizzas. And none of them were made correctly after I paid for extra toppings and pan crust and sauces. And I requested them cut into squares nor was that done. I called asking if it could be fixed but i explained I couldn't return to town that night I was told they couldn't fix it. Even after offering to bring the whole pizzas back with me to town the next day.
Pizza was good as they normally make, service was great.
