La Mexicana - CHESTERLAND

Excellent food and service! We ate early. Salsa and chips were fresh and delicious. We had enchiladas verdes and pork carnitas, and both have deleted our records. The best Mexican food I had since the move to Ohio. Thoughtful and efficient waitress. Very recommended!

La Mexicana is my favorite Mexican restaurant on the east side! This family-run and operated business has authentic Mexican cuisine that is delicious every time I go whether it is in dune or take it out. The service is great and also professional! The food is fantastic for the price and they have fantastic specialties in the week (1/2 prize margaritas and 1/2 dives) I have always been treated with respect and love the staff here! My favorite job is beef chimichanga with rice and beans

Chesterland today has 3 options for Mexican food. The competition is high. We were at all three La Mexicana is the best! Your chips are delicious and their food is authentic. It is also operated by a good family. You won't regret it!

I love Mexican food. I asked if they would make me a Sancho which is like a burrito but without the beans. It 's a large flour tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. Close it up, flip it over, and pour hot queso (cheese) on top from one end to the other. Add a side of Mexican rice and wallah!! It was delicious. Some friends walked in and saw what we were eating and they ordered it too. Muy bien!! I also like their large bar in the back where we watch sports and play KENO too!
