Torino's Pizza - Chesterfield

Rubbing service. the online food offer is different from the actual menu that I tried to order a burger offer of each 3 burger a bottle softdrink and any, that is any! garlauchbrot that I did my order phone, and was told to me that I could have just a standard garlic bread, was also told me that I would just need to talk about it in order to just not even buy it

Had the flyer through the door, decided to try a pizza n a calzone. the pizza wad beautiful, the calzone hot was the best I ever had, including the many Italian restaurants I was already. highly recommended.

After taking this away for 4 years, I experienced the most terrible customer service tonight. delivery more than an hour overdue, which was wrong, it took a lot to convince that it was again with the right order that was completely burned. After they were lied by the load that they had run out of the diligent, they no longer knock pizzas (and various other excuses, including it was not important when the crust is burned, and anyway) they finally agreed to replace the wrong / burning pizzas 2 hours after the original order. We have always been loyal customers of this takeaway restaurant and have never had a negative experience until now. Unfortunately, our latest order had a serious issue - there was mold under the pizza base. To make matters worse, my heavily pregnant wife noticed it after we had already eaten three slices.

I ordered a burger from Torino's and was disappointed to find that the bun was burnt when the food arrived. I contacted them hoping to resolve the issue easily. Unfortunately, after explaining the situation, I was subjected to verbal abuse and racist remarks by the staff. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment and will not be returning in the future. The offensive language and attitude were completely unacceptable.
