Love the calzones here. It's almost too much food. The person who is responsible for those awful plates should be fired though. They are so awkward and the utensils slide right off.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sauce On The Side:
Mine was great, I had the one with bbq chicken. The other one, however, was literally RAW. Like the dough was stretchy. We ordered for delivery, which took 90 minutes, but I suspect they were rushing the cooking. Wasn't a great first experience for sure. View all feedback.
Came in for lunch and got the monthly special- the Hot Honey Chicken Calzone. I have to say, I was put off by the name of the special but gave it a try. It was amazing, and I'm glad I tried something new. Would definitely recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I first discovered Sauce on the Side about 4 years ago and it continues to be one of my favorite Pizza Alternative restaurants. I have eaten at at least 4 locations and although Villa Ridge and Creve Coeur are good, the Clarkson Road location is the best, and my clear favorite. -Russ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
