Had to wait over 10 minutes until the checkout and person in the car in front of me to finish there conversation before I could order. While the other line moved. I had to say something because I was locked up. We're not going back.

If you're here, you don't have your order. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought it was necessary. She's an older lady with short hair, I don't know if I wrote her name correctly. It is extremely rude and short and looks like it is an inconvenience to take your order. I hope they hear their customers and have a seat with them or fire them so they don't treat customers so rudely.

I have one all over the world? Madagascar, Indonesia, the hell even in the mountains of the Inka ruins of Peru. But I have to say. This CFA should be the standard for all CfAs. Not only customer service is good as we always expect from Cfa. But the food is as it should be cooked. I am sincerely always happy to eat here because I know that the bread on the chicken is always put on its feet. And the taste is immaculate. Sometimes I go into a few chickpeas and the chicken has hardly any taste and they hydrate you in the frits. But not here. at this facility the Pommes will be overrun. Like the goodness of God's brother: I recommend this Cfa and it wins the award for best Cfa in the southeast. I speak well ole andrew Cathy about my experience. Great stuff for this place.

On more than one occasion we visited this place and more times than not, we? ve missing things like plastic goods, the blows for salads, straw, diving sauce? forget other places, but not usually behavior of CFA. 6/24/22 Experience: ordered 3 salads, 3 drinks and 2 cookies. Rings up to $55 and change?! Get in the window and was asked if we order EIGHT sweet teas! No, only 3. 3 different people came to the register to find out how to refund our card the difference. Manager was in the bathroom, so we had to move forward. 14 minutes later someone comes out with cash because they could not get the refund on our card. Go back to our place and none of the salads has their dressing or toppings. At this point, I'm beyond this store. Return all food to the store and receive a refund. They kept the food. I'm a signature member and eat at a CFA 6 days a week. You would have refunded my money for my time and GAS and made the food new

What can I say, it's Chick-fil-A, Not sure what they do different on the hiring and training of their staff, but may one day all the other fast food places will take note before they loose customers and market share. As always, Clean, correct order and unlike other fast food places no drama going in with the staff.
