Contribute FeedbackBrio in Cherry Hill offers a charming ambience that captivates diners with its intimate feel. Unfortunately, the service seems inconsistent, with some customers noting delays in seating and inattentive staff. While the food garners mixed reviews, with dishes described as decent yet overpriced, standout elements like the sourdough bread and well-executed cocktails have been highlighted. Friendly service from select staff has left a positive mark, contrasting sharply with reports of a lack of cleanliness and overall mediocre experiences. If you're seeking ambience and occasional excellent service, Brio might be worth a try, albeit with tempered expectations.
The server was very attentive probably a bit more than I prefer. It was hard to have a conversation without being interrupted although the server was courteous I just thought they didnât need to check in so much. If we needed anything we could have asked since they were always close by.
Great waiter great food- always love brio! I recommend it for happy hour or dinner
We had a 6:15 reservation and were told the wait would be 30-40 minutes when we arrived. An hour and fifteen minutes later they sent a text that our table was ready we had long since left the restaurant.
The bread came out cold, no plates or silverware. Took forever to get drinks, but to the bartenders defense, she was the only one working. The food was over cooked, and had no taste. The vodka sauce was pure oil.
Food is ok . Our server had no interest in working there
