The service was incredibly fast, which is always a positive. The waitress was friendly and even assisted me in choosing one of the dishes. The food was very fresh and exceptionally tasty. Three of us went for lunch at this restaurant. The menu layout was confusing and hard to follow, even if you knew the dishes. The food was good, but the service was disorganized. We all ordered soup to start, but our main courses arrived within 2 minutes, before we had finished our soup. One person gave up on their soup because they didn't want their main course to get cold. Amazing food, great prices and the karaoke room is soooo fun if you book it
£95 for 2 adults and a 15-year-old to eat, with 2 bottles of Soju, a bottle of beer, and a bottle of coke. The food was awesome, and the staff were lovely and attentive! Such a nice experience. Great to be able to do the korean bbq ourselves! We really did enjoy our visit. Thank you Ginger Garlic and all your lovely staff who were working this evening.

Food was terrible, have paid over £45 for 6 tiny chicken strips with no vegetables, no sauce, the owner refused to serve chicken with vegies, aparently all has to be served with rice or nudles, and they cant make an exception. I wanted just chicken with vegies, without carbs like rice or noodles. At the end received tiny portion of chicken strips with nothing with it and was charged over £45 lol.
Much better to eat in the restaurant, they have great service and delicious food!
