I ordered food from GrubHub and enjoyed it at home. I had high expectations due to the numerous positive reviews, but was disappointed. I only ordered one birria taco, but it had a large piece of fat in it, which was an unpleasant texture. The broth was also light. I believe La Mesa market is better and can also be ordered through the app. The adobadas were good, but the meat was a bit dry. Overall, the food was dece... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Los Agaves:
barria taco I ever eaten, the cheese was not melted, there was no taste and it had so much fat on the meat very chewing and unpleasant. I tried a lot of barria tacos, but that must be the worst View all feedback.
We came here after playing archery tag neaby and we we had a good time! The food and margaritas were delicious, and the portions we're massive for the price! My only complaint is that the service was very slow despite the restaurant being nearly empty. We ordered a myriad of the margaritas, all of which were very tasty. The mojitos- not as good, a bit too sweet for my taste. The ceviche was my favorite dish, and could have been an entree for how large it was. The tacos were okay, they came with just meat and not much else. The guac and complementary salsa were pretty good.
Los Agaves Restaurant has some of the tastiest Mexican food in the North Shore. It 's my go to place whenever I 'm in the mood for some Mexican and/or Latin American cuisine.
Delicious, I recommend!!! We came across this restaurant by chance while visiting the Chelsea district and we were all delighted, impeccable service and food! The salsa mix as an appetizer is delicious! Thank you Los Agaves!

Charming, spacious, modern Mexican place with some of the best birria style tacos I've ever tasted, tender well seasoned stew meat melting into an authentic double corn tortilla with a decadent jus for dipping. Impressive cocktail menu featuring upscale mojitos and margaritas as well as Mexican inspired versions of martinis and other classics. Everything tasted freshly made rather than reheated. Would like to return for dinner. Meal type: Lunch
