One of the best indians in the area and lovely staff. I've had a lot of Indians along Brick Lane and East London and this is up there; if not better. There's some terrible reviews here and I don't understand why. I've been eating here for over 20 years. Not once has the food been unsatisfactory. Excellent choice and good value for money. We know people who travel a long way to get this takeaway which speaks for itself. In our opinion the best Indian takeaway in Chelmsford
I’ve been using Suraya for a while and they are always consistently good food. I ordered two starters for myself which were quite large. The food is fresh and flavourful. Delivered very quickly.
Having moved back to Chelmsford after a 20 year gap I have found myself disappointed by most sit down Indian restaurants in Chelmsford. Using this takeaway for the first time last night and finding the food easily better than every Indian restaurant I’ve been to in town I’m very happy. The hatch to the kitchen is open so you can see the food being cooked, nice efficient young man taking the orders.
Our local for 25 years and is always excellent. My wife has certain dietary requirements due to food intolerances which would typically preclude Indian food, however Surayer are always happy to cater for her needs; I also like to switch things around to add some extra spice to my dishes. The food is always fantastic. Generous portions meaning good value for money. A great menu. Quick delivery times. I cannot fault it. Superb.
We regularly use Suraya for our takeaway and have always experienced great food, always hot when delivered with excellent polite delivery drivers. Great around menu- thank you.
