This place was amazing. From the made from scratch biscuits to the fresh squeezed orange juice. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs. My wife had the Squawking Goat. She said the pepper jelly was delicious. All the food we had was very good. View all feedback.
I was there on Sunday morning. The seats were not full, but a line was formed outside the restaurant. The ordering system was not efficient, lets you ask yourself if this happens for purposes. Ordered a popular item in the menu and waited another 10-15 minutes. The combination of fried chicken strips, goat cheese and sweet and acidic sauce on a biscuit is very interesting and tastes good. Would definitely try other items on the menu when I return to the area. But only if the weather is good. I took a star for his unnecessary long line.
If I had to choose between Ruby Sunshine and Maple Street Biscuit Company, I would choose the Maple Street Biscuit Company. Both are good! If you are well to submit your order and pick it up on your name at the switch, Maple Street Biscuit Co is the choice. If you want to wait and the food can take a little longer, then Ruby Sunshine can be better for you. I have included a picture of my order/reception to help you fit the food pictures with the description. The cost of Maple Street Biscuit Co is somewhat lower than Ruby Sunshine.
Visited Saturday morning at 8:30. No crowd yet, but a steady flow of people. We ordered an appetizer and two cookies. Everything was delicious! The only bad thing was that almost all coffee pots, creamers and sweeteners were empty.
Pretty good food for the price! Not too expensive. The cookies were not dry at all. The sausage sword was delicious and actually had small sausage pieces in it. The chicken was kind of dry, but the seasoning was delicious. I like you to order at the switch when you enter and wait until your name is called.
Fantastic breakfast location with tons of seating for any sized party. We went during a weekday so the line was fairly short and the restaurant wasn?t overly busy. The staff were very friendly and encouraged us to participate in the question of the month (or week? for which our answer was used as our order name. From the perspective of someone who grew up in the south and has never left, their grits were FANTASTIC. The bacon was crispy and the egg was cooked well. If your into orange juice for your morning drink, they do fresh squeezed with the juicer right next to the register. I went for the bottomless coffee though and that also tasted great!
