Broad Street Grill - Chattanooga

It had been awhile since we had visited for brunch and most likely, it will be awhile before we return. Overall, we were disappointed in the holiday brunch. The food was ok but nothing to really rave about. I ordered a special omelet but when I returned to pick it up, I discovered it had items in it I didn 't request. Someone else got my omelet. The ham and collards were very good, but other than that, no one in our group was really impressed. The vegetables were limited while sweets (store bought, at least that 's what they tasted like) and meats were plentiful. Santa and the service was good but they will need to up their game for me to make a special return. Given the overall taste of the food, it was not worth the value.

A large variety of food on the buffet. Food was fresh and great tasting. Brunch opens at 11a. I suggest eating near 11a. I have been there at later times and the food was not as fresh. Best to make reservations. Come hungry because the choices are endless.

Our server (Jeffrey) was pretty unfriendly and annoyed if we asked for anything but the food was awesome. I would go back and probably just ask for different server if I got him again.

The hostess was very pleasant seating us. Our server was horrible. We ordered our drinks and brought two straws for three of us. We asked for another straw, but never received it. We place our food order. We received our food (not by our server). The two vegetable plates were very good. The chicken plate, the chicken was slightly burned on the outside and dry on the inside. The server never came by to ask how our food was or to refill our drinks. The server then drops off the check, never asking if we would like dessert. We patiently waited for the server to come take the payment, but was never seen. It wasn't busy during the time we were there. We went to the hostess (I believe her name was Jessica) to pay the bill. She was very sweet and understanding. She did give a discount on the bill due to the horrible chicken. I would give her 5 stars. She was a great representative for your restaurant.

The food and choices were great. I have not been to Broad Street grille in awhile and it is just as good if not better.
