What Jeremy Franklin doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
As per most franchise in Chatham.Extremely slow.It would be great if the head office would crack the whip on these Managers.Waiting 20min for a single coffee. Is simply a huge failure. Expecally when you finally get your coffee and it's made incorrect. Step it up Chatham! View all feedback.

Great customer service. The staff are very professional. Food and coffee are always fresh and delicious. Thanks for the great and continuous great job... The hospital staff, patients, and visitors are lucky to have you at the site. Thanks again and again.....
Coffee is always great and employees are always nice
I overheard that there might be a new rule in place. If you're rude to the baker (usually the person with round glasses and black hair) you won't get your food if you ordered any. Especially if it's nearly 1pm and they have been working since 4:30am. Be kind to your servers people.
