What The Fries - Charlotte

The best fires I have ever had. I stop by whenever i'm in Charlotte. When will you guys reopen.

Excellent food and service!!! Keep in mind this IS not a typical restaurant. You aren't paying for a fancy set of curtains, you are paying for quality food and it's well worth it. This is not a sit down restaurant, tho they have a few 2 person booths. Most people order ahead to go, or order delivery. It has no outside sign, go in The Kitch doors. OMG the bacon and cheese fries were absolutely awesome and my smash burger was PERFECT (and I'm picky on my burgers and fries! Really nice guys working the counter/kitchen were quite patient with those of us confused about the ordering process LOL. HIGHLY recommend, we will definitely eat here again, or even order it delivered when we are in town!!!

Let me just say...I'm a local and have eaten this food for many years. If any of you real fans know we waited outside at water ridge parkway for this food for a minute via the original food truck. But it wass well earned definitely yes! Now they have a brick and mortar guys and the food is just as amazing. I didn't ask but not sure if they still make the blackberry ketchup but if not I'm still so impressed. This is a moment I won't forget eating this amazing food. I also tried the sweet potato cookies and they were delicious. So listen they are located inside the building I will post pictures not the way you would expect as a store front as Google describes. Look for the big orange sign and you will truly find some good eats. Please comment or share your experience because I'm sure they would love to hear all the great energy. I'm not impartial just impressed. Keep it up guys. I look forward to my next plate in a few days!

The food was so well seasoned, hot, and tasty and we got our food almost immediately after ordering 10/10!!
