We sat immediately and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Our dining experience was so horrible it became laughable. 1. Did not show our Open Table reservation. 2. Did not receive drinks for about 20 minutes. 3. Received food before appetizer. 4. Never received silverware; had to go to hostess stand for that AFTER food was served. 5. Never received additional drinks that were ordered. 6. My daughter's meal was not brought to her until the check was received!!! 7. Asked for a to go container server located one at serving stand behind him, gave it to me, IT WAS USED already! 8. We did not use our Entertainment Book $10 off coupon because it was determined it would take too long and that our friendly, yet incompetent server would have absolutely no idea what a coupon was.

Customer service was horrible, the chips that came with my cheese dip were beyond old. The food was nasty! Waited forever .

Our service was terrible as the server forgot to put our order in but blamed it on the kitchen saying they messed it up. my order was wrong when it finally came out because she never even wrote it down. i ordered a drink and didn’t get it because they couldn’t find tequila. i understand it was a busy night but service was awful!!

Great location fantastic service delicious food and several good beer choices. The four of us loved it and will return often
