I probably picked the wrong things off the menu (pad thai) as the folks who came with me absolutely loved their food. I found it to be above average but the service was exceptional. View all feedback.
What Yeng Vang doesn't like about Rice And Spice Thai Street Food:
I’ve always eaten here in the past as this is the only mediocre Thai cuisine in the CLT area but I have never ordered their chicken wing appetizer until today. 4 small pieces of fried chicken wings smothered with bottled Thai chili sauce for $9!!!! Come on! $2.25 per piece! View all feedback.

Been there a couple of times. Really good food. The girl that is the server is really nice and kind. Food is a little bit pricey but portions are big.
Have been to all the “top rated Thai” in Charlotte and this is without a doubt THE BEST. It’s one of very few places that’s so good you don’t want to get the word out.
The food was great! Service was polite but slow. And the low ceiling made the room uncomfortably noisy. We'll probably go back because the food was so good. But we may opt for takeout and bring it home to eat.
I just moved in right next to Rice and Spice and now I don't ever want to move again because this restaurant is absolutely amazing. The portions are large and EXTREMELY flavorful. I have eaten their spring rolls, Thai beef jerky (to die for), their pineapple fried rice, and their shaking beef, all of which was amazing, but nothing compares to the drunken noodles. When my family tried the drunken noodles off of my plate, everyone ordered a serving to go. There is something here for everyone and the service is fantastic. This is one of the top places that I recommend to friends and family visiting Charlotte. You won't be disappointed!
