The restaurant was fantastic as usual. One of our guests had an issue with their fries, but our waiter promptly replaced them for both that guest and the entire table with fresh fries, without even being asked. We were seated outside, which was warm, but the fans provided relief. The live music was enjoyable, although it wasn't as impressive as on some other nights. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Reid's Fine Foods Restaurant Wine Bar:
I typically enjoy going to Reid's with friends for happy hour. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The food quality was not up to par - the truffle fries were soggy and the arancini, despite being described as golden balls of goodness, were actually a muddy brown color and not crunchy at all. It seems like something has changed in the kitchen. View all feedback.

This is one of our favorite spots in Southpark, where we always have a wonderful time on their lovely outdoor patio. They have live music on the patio every Wednesday through Sunday. The food and service are consistently excellent.
The salad was amazing, but the container it came in was gross. I would have asked for a new one if I wasn't in a rush and so hungry. It looked like someone had touched it with dirty hands. I said a prayer over my food and wiped the container with hand sanitizer before eating. Presentation matters!
The food is delicious, I really appreciate the aesthetic and concept of the restaurant. However, I was disappointed by the Manager who did not wear a chef coat and was quite rude. While I was waiting in line, the server attended to the person behind me without checking if I had already been served. The Manager then asked another staff member to help the lady behind me, even though I had been waiting first. The correct thing to do would have been to ask who was next in line, rather than making assumptions based on appearance. It's important to treat all customers equally, regardless of appearance or skin color.
