I’m always surprised at how amazing this restaurant is. My husband’s bolognese was the best we’ve had since a trip to Italy. I appreciated the healthy options and had a harvest type of salad. Loved the outdoor music until it began raining but luckily our table was covered. View all feedback.
What Tony Joris doesn't like about Reid's Fine Foods:
Food was really good, drinks were great. Service was lackluster. But friendly or personal. Both in the restaurant and market. Felt like the staff didn’t want to be there View all feedback.
I had the hot honey chicken BEC sandwich, and my wife had the brisket wrap. Mine was better of the two. The flavor of the sandwich was pretty amazing. We shared a slice of pecan pie, and it was divine. Will definitely be back to try something else on the brunch menu.
My wife’s hamburger was well done instead of medium, and my brisket sandwich was extremely dried out and chewy. If we had had time we would have sent the food back and waited on replacements, but we did not have that time. Very disappointed in the establishment and probably won’t eat a meal there ever again.
This was our second outing to Reid's for brunch, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. They have great ideas that they do not seem to execute very well on. This time, I had their lobster Benedict. The lobster was a tail split in half, and the entrails/intestines were not removed. Not appetizing at all. My wife got their brisket bowl, and she complained that the brisket, beans, and rice were not warm. We had dessert as well, and it was delicious.
Lovely brunch. Tasty menu options for breakfast or lunch, depending on your interest.
