we had luck and had a table in a small room with only one other table that made our dining experience amazing. we ordered the restaurant week menu and were satisfied with everything we ordered. the food was incredible and the drinks options are extensive. comes back definitiw. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Belle Helene:
Service was not great. Requested vegan option beforehand. Was not honored. Waited a while before appetizer was ready. Meals were served out of sequence. entrees never made it to the table. Had to ask for it “to-go.” Full price was charged for lackluster lunch service. Will not return. View all feedback.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is divine and the service is perfect. The wines by the glass could use an expansion, but the bottle selection is really good.
We're new to Charlotte, but know great restaurants worldwide. This is so far the best food and service we've found here. Great!
