Ive been here 5 times. Ibe had the same thing each and every time. THE REUBEN.Im a reuben nut and must say this is probably the best ive ever had. Good sized awesome staste.They have some fries with onions and some sauces one 2 words (BANG-IN)Kinda loud so not really a place to work or take calls. Have never had a long wait. The driver took a very long time to get the order to me when the place I ordered from was right around the corner!!! The cold food was warm and the hot food was cold! Very bad experience!! View all feedback.

Ordered ahead of time, cook and cashier claimed they never received and then proceed to tell me maybe I ordered from the wrong place. They then found it in their system, the never accepted it and missed it. Then proceed to have me wait an hour and half for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Went up to the counter to see how much longer and they forgot my order agaun. Place is usually great, not sure what is going on anymore, but this is the second time more recently it is messed up.
We waited for over 30 minutes for a single sandwich and an order of tots. They told us they were short staffed and had too many online orders so they were unsure when our food would be ready. The staff gave us attitude when we asked for a refund and the “manager” scolded us for “being rude to the staff” I left without eating anything and will absolutely never return. This used to be one of my favorite sandwich spots but they will never get another dime of my money. If you cannot handle the business, you shouldn’t be taking online orders.
We stopped for a sandwich Saturday 11/18 just before 1pm. There was one person ahead of us ordering, lots of empty tables We ordered 1reuben sandwich, one order of tots. I walked back to the cashier after 25 minutes of waiting. He said they had too many online orders. True that, delivery drivers came and went in minutes but after 35 minutes of waiting for ONE sandwich I asked for a refund. The staff was rude and disrespectful. One couple said they waited an hour for two sandwiches. This establishment values grub hub and door dash business more than patrons in their building.
