Crafty Crab Seafood - Charlotte

This place has a serious management and ownership issue. The service is terrible and lacking in people. The bar service is terrible and out of most of their beers. Should be obvious when the restaurant next store is packed and you have little to no customers that something is wrong. We left after drinks and appetizers and went over to Boardwalk Billy’s which is awesome

Walked in, and the host asked how many then directed us to a booth without even asking if we wanted a booth a table or sit outside and didn’t speak. Our waitress was nice and friendly, but never came back to ask about our food or see if we needed anything else or try to upsell us on desserts, coffee or more beers. The crabcakes would’ve been very good if they would not have been deep fried versus grilled on a flat top like the picture on the menu showed. I would never eat here again.

This place was absolutely horrible! We had a party of 8 and we all agreed to never come here again! Our orders was mixed up and when we told the waiter about it he was very rude and unprofessional! Our food took forever to come out and some of our party never received parts of there order! We never got checked on during the time we dined there we had to always flag the waiter down! The place was not crowded at all and I see why! If I could give zero starts I would!

I waited at the door for 5 minutes, it's not even full or busy, no one gets me. I finally spoke up after 5 minutes and after they sat me down, no drinks were brought to me and I'm still waiting for my order to be taken... horrible service, I don't recommend this place at all.

The shopping center the Crafty Crab is located in is such a cute place. My daughter fed ducks at the pond before we went inside to eat. The food was delicious and a generous amount was given. My 4yo daughter and I shared a shrimp ? and crawfish combo which I’ve never seen offered at other restaurants before but it was perfect for us! Would love to dine here again?
