Bojangles - Charlotte

This situation is very slow. Often no chicken pieces have been required to fill orders. On May 31, there is a score of 93 and I was asked in the car by whether I wanted my change?

I went to Bojangles on Sunset this morning, April 26th 2022 and I ordered 2 cinnamon biscuits, a small fry and my wife got gravy biscuits. I checked my cinnamon biscuits to see if they were old and hard, because they known for that and of course they were. Asked for a refund on them and the manager seem to have a attitude. Then I get home and my fries cold. Won?t be back

Been here multiple times. They've shorted me chicken. When I asked them to double check items, they assure me its there and it isn't. Its over and over with them. We've tried to give them a number of chances. But its always something. Today they ran out of wings and drums, cool.... I asked them for thighs and breast. They gave me 8 breast. Like common. Get it together. It will be a while before we come back.

An evening visit to this restaurant 's drive through on April 10th, 2022 proves that the employees at this location has a relentless disrespect for its customers and serving up nothing but lies just to close business early. As we pulled up to the drive through window at approximately 8:48pm EST, the rude-voiced lady yelled, we 're closed. We kindly asked what time does this location close. She responded, 9:00pm . We advised that it was only 8:48pm and we really needed to purchase some food. The lady on the other end boldly said, We out of EVERYTHING! So we closed. Clearly this was incorrect information she not only provided to us but also to the remaining numerous vehicles that followed behind us. All the lights inside the restaurant was on. People (employees only) were inside walking around, but refused to serve willingly paying customers. Overall, the employee working that evening should learn to have respect for others and consider the consequences that should come when treating people inappropriately. She gives this business establishment (Bojangles on Sunset Blvd, Charlotte) a very bad name and reputation making the overall experience there extremely poor.

Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue. It does not matter what I ask for, the item is not available, or if it is available, when I arrive home, I do not have my entire order in the bag. If 0 stars was an option, that would be their score. This is before I get to the lock of customer service skills from most of the employees. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the next location than to go to this one which is only a few minutes from my home.
