Noodle Hut Thai and Noodle Bar

Exactly what I was looking for. Something full of flavour and light. I had Nokkien Noodles, Cashew Nut with Chicken. The prices were reasonable and they cook the meals right in front of you. The table water tasted filtered and not straight from a tap and was nicely chilled. The restaurant was in a quiet part of Charlestown, so all in all was a pleasant experience.

We order takeout from this restaurant a few times a month and always make sure to try something new. The food is always fresh and delicious. Keep up the good work!

Im quite fussy when it comes to food, but this thai is by far my favourite place to eat in the Newcastle area. The flavours are amazing in every single dish and the price is great as well. I highly recommend the massaman beef (its so incredibly tender) and the pumpkin and shallot chicken stir fry. I would eat here everyday if I could.

I guess it always depends on what dish you order as to your experience. This is nice enough and we would go back there again but it didn't stand out from the crowd.

I was excited to try the Rendang Beef at this restaurant, as it is my favorite. I went last night to get takeout for my family, along with Basil and Chilli prawns and steamed rice. The staff was friendly and helped me with the takeout process, but unfortunately, my pleasant experience ended there. The Rendang Curry was supposed to be dry, but it was watery, oily, and tasteless. The prawns were also too oily. I hope the chef can improve the quality of the dishes. I will not be returning until I hear that there have been changes made.
