Ryan, the man who delivered my order was beyond amazing. I was missing my drink and cookie from my order and honestly I didn’t mind. I received a call from him explaining what happened and he insisted that he’d double back and get my missing items. I give Jimmy John's 2 stars because there food doesn't really pack any flavor you only get 2 options for the bread which is a slice of wheat bread or a plain sub bread also you only get provolone cheese no other cheese and I told the person who was making my food 3 times what I wanted still didn't get what I asked for she forgot 3 things on my sub and she put the wrong type of mustard not gone lie probably won't go back
Love Jimmy Johns, but they need to work on customer service. Don't know if Kyra was having a bad day or something but we felt like she was offended that we were even ordering anything.
This place has consistently good service and decent prices, good variety of sandwiches made fast, dependable
